邳州市銀杏栽植曆史悠久，是全國主要銀杏種植基地，建有聞名中外的銀杏觀光旅遊區--"天下銀杏第一園"。銀杏果又稱佛果，多生于名剎古寺，百年豐實，千年不衰。《本草綱目》載：銀杏果“入肺經、益肺氣、定喘嗽，縮小便，止白濁。”

采收日期：銀杏果一般在十月中下旬采收。加工處理：脫皮－清洗－陰乾－去雜－分級－入庫貯藏。 品種：有龍眼、（大）佛手、（大）馬鈴、金墜、等一系列優良品種，年產量：1-2萬噸，可常年為客戶提供：160-180粒/500克、181-200粒/500克、201-220粒/500克、221-240粒/500克、240-300粒/500克，301粒以下。
